Framework 2: MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive)

What it does: Forces you to organize information into categories that don’t overlap and don’t leave anything out.

The most efficient way to use these frameworks with Claude is to create a Project in Claude and paste the four prompts above as standing instructions. Name the project something like “Strategic Frameworks.”
